90 minutes of instruction, hands-on training and a wood and coastal walk, flying the birds for short 'hunts'. Each falconer takes a minimum of eight persons and all have ample opportunity to fly and retrieve. This medieval sport will transport you to a time when such hunting was needed for survival; you will experience the challenge and fun of the hawk being 'flown' and returning to the handler.
